What do I do if you are closed?

Our offices are open 7 days a week, but if you need Non-emergency medical assistance or simply need to talk to one of our representatives, we have nurses and Case Manager on call 24/7. Just call and we will be there for you.

What if I need transportation?

We offer courtesy transportation and our shuttles are equipped with wheelchair ramps for your convenience. Certain restrictions apply. Please contact us for any questions.

What if I can’t make my appointment?

If you think that you will not be able to make it to your appointment, please contact our call center to reschedule or let one of our representatives know when they call to confirm your appointment. Our friendly staff will gladly reschedule your appointment at your request.

What should I bring to my first visit?

To make your visit more pleasant and speed up the process, please bring with you a picture ID and insurance card. Most patients have previous medical record, so if you have yours it is always a good idea to bring them so we can access your medical history. Also it is a good idea to bring all your current medication to your first consult.
