José Molina, P.A., D.M.
Molina was inspired to pursue a medical career. He relocated to Tampa after completing his primary and high school years in Puerto Rico. Majored in Biology and Microbiology in the University of South Florida while being dually enrolled in the Hillsborough Community College Nursing program.
Molina later moved to the Dominican Republic where he completed Medical School at the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo, obtaining the degree of MD Cum Laude. In 1987, he returned to the USA and credentialed with the Federation of States Medical Boards, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Also, licensed as a Physician Assistant by the Florida Board of Medicine, he joined DNF in 2010. Today, he feels honored to serve the Orlando community.

Daphne Buznego, ARNP
Born and raised in Habana Cuba, Buznego endured the country’s medicine rationing era. She was able to closely experience what medicine can do for a person. When she was in high School, she used to sneak into the hospital with a white coat in order to see her grandfather. It was there, while playing doctor, that she developed the love for medicine. She graduated medical school in 1994 from Dr. Salvador Allende in Habana Cuba.
She had the opportunity to emigrate and she came to USA in 2003. By 2007, graduated from nursing school in Sagrado Corazon, Puerto Rico. Buznego continued her studies and graduated ARNP from Southern University in Savannah Georgia in September 2015. Today, she is currently part of the DNF family where she ambitions to continue her career and be remembered by her patients as a caring professional. She uses her knowledge of medicines to ensure the staff of Primary Care Physicians in Orlando at DNF are perfectly pairing the patients with the perfect anecdote.
Vladimir Valdés, A.P.
Valdes was born in Pinar del Rio, Cuba in 1962. He is part of fourth generation health professionals in the family and began his studies in the School of Medicine in 1982. Through his scholar years, he developed a taste for martial arts, which won him championships. This new passion allowed him to learn about alternative treatments like acupuncture.
Valdes was the only physician willing to apply such methods in conjunction with traditional medicine and was awarded for his research in Abel Santamaria Hospital. In 1988 he graduated medical school in a time where drugs were scarce in the country. This situation allowed him to practice alternative medicine.
In 1996 he relocated to the USA where he worked as a technician in pathology for a dermatology firm in Orlando, FL. Once established, he decided to re-take his passion. He received his degree in acupuncture in the state of Florida in 2011.
Today, Valdes is grateful for the opportunity of practicing medicine implementing the benefits of the acupuncture treatment. He ambitions to be remembered as a professional who treats his patients as family and used his knowledge for the benefit of everyone. He is a great addition to our team of Primary Care Providers in Orlando.
Juan J. Pineda, M.D.
Dr. Juan J. Pineda Lopez studied Medicine in Universidad De Antioquia in Medellin, Colombia and graduated from this excellent educational institution in 2005, but shortly thereafter his graduation, he did his Compulsory Social Service in Turbo, Antioquia, Colombia. Some time later, From 2008 to 2009, he studied English for academic purposes in Brisbane, Australia. Since his graduation, Dr. Pineda has accumulated an important experience as a medical provider in his country working in the public and in the private sector.
In October 2013 and during one year, Dr. Pineda did his Rotatory Internship in Hospital San Gerardo, San Juan, Puerto Rico. After that Dr. Pineda has been working as a General Practitioner in our community of Central Florida.
Adamar González, M.D.
Dr. Adamar González was born in the city of Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. She studied at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and her medical studies at the University of Guadalajara in Mexico. In both institutions she was awarded for her excellent qualifications and for her service to the university community as a leader and example of improvement through several medical research at Harvard University that led her to publish in several scientific journals. After completing her medical degrees, she continued her studies to become certified as an HIV specialist.
She had the opportunity to prepare other students who wanted to study careers related to health university professor of Biology, nursing and medical ethics at the renowned educational institution Ana G. Méndez in Puerto Rico. She came to Florida to serve as Regional Director for the Florida and Georgia State Correction Program where she held her executive position for 4 years.
Her vocation for community service leads her to travel through cities such as Haiti, Santo Domingo, Mexico and Spain as a missionary to provide medical services to towns where doctors do not arrive or after some catastrophic event. As a health spokesperson, Dr. Gonzalez is a founder of the Programs Health and Nutrition Comprehensive Health Revolution MD. It offers its private services in the field of nutrition for patients who wish to lose weight in a healthy way and believe that they can transform to live happier and healthier lifestyles. She is a certified health and nutrition trainer and currently publishes health articles at the Orlando Women’s Magazine. She was honored with the Awards of “Distinguished Woman in the area of Health” for the newspaper “The Press” in 2016.
Nowadays she is filled with great honor to work with Dr. Norberto Fleites and his staff in his offices where she offers her medical services with great respect and dedication to the patients that make up this institution of medical services. This is for the purpose of fostering a healthier, emotionally, and spiritually healthy Hispanic community.
Miguel Yanes, ARNP
Born in a small town in Ciego de Avila Cuba, without having any family working in the medical field, Yanes acquired the appreciation of medicine from the compassionate care he received every time he was brought to the clinic when he was a child; the way he saw the pediatrician and other doctors treating him or his family became an inspiration for the dream to be a medical doctor when he grew up. He studied medicine at Highest Institute of Medical Sciences of Camaguey in Cuba, graduating as MD at age 23 in 1991, then he went directly through the residency in internal medicine finishing in 1995 as an Internal Medicine specialist doctor. In 1998 he became diplomate in Healthcare management, and received the accreditation as auxiliary professor from the University of Ciego de Avila in 2005. In Cuba he worked in hospitals and primary care clinics for more than 15 years. Yanes came to USA in 2008, leaving his family in Cuba, and then he had to work hard to reunite the family at the same time he tried to scale in the healthcare field from a medical assistant job to a professional position as close as he could to his medical degree. In 2011 he initiated a new era of study through the University of Sacred Heart in Puerto Rico first, then South University in United States later, until he graduated with a master degree as ARNP, becoming a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016.
Rebeca Del Río, MSN, FNP, ARNP-C
A Magna Cum Laude graduate from University of Puerto Rico, then earned her Master’s Degree in Graceland University of Missouri — she is an Advanced Registered Practice Nurse (ARNP) with specialty in family practice. She boasts background experience in critical care/telemetry nursing, developed strong critical care knowledge, and high level skills through years of experience in several areas during her career. She is also knowledgeable of critical care medications and advanced procedures.
Developed skills as charge nurse in a long term care unit. We describe her as reliable, ethical healthcare provider with ability to stay calm and intervene during medical crises, cardiac/respiratory arrests with collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. She has proven ability to build positive relationships with patients, family members, physicians and other medical professionals.
Also, currently serves as Adjunct Professor of Nursing at baccalaureate level on Microbiology class and Laboratory, Physical Exam, Pharmacology and Pathophysiology at the Ana G. Mendez University (AGMUS Ventures).
Yorlenkys Dorley Vega, ARNP
Her education began in Camaguey, Cuba in medical sciences, with experience as a Medical Doctor for five years in Cuba, as a medical assistant for seven years in family medicine and five years as a registered nurse in family practice.
She then continued to obtain a Nursing degree at the Sacred Heart University of San Juan, Puerto Rico followed by a Master’s of Science degree specializing as a Nurse Practitioner in Gerontology Primary Care, with skills in diagnosing, evaluating and treating acute and chronic medical conditions through physical exam and complete history taking on primary care.
She is known for achieving high levels of patient satisfactions she is focused on providing the highest quality care and always maintains a direct line of communication with her patients and the entire health-care team.
Mabel P. Rojas Vivas, MD
Born in Puerto Rico, Dr. Rojas comes with a wealth of experience in both General Medicine as well as Minor Surgery.
Qualified to provide high quality, cost-effective and comprehensive acute and chronic care combined with her high level of energy, motivation and commitment have been key to her success in the medical field.
A quick fact about Dr. Rojas is that her thesis for the doctorate degree explored practice and attitudes about menopause in women between the ages of 45-65 under the care of physicians out of the Gynecology specialization.
