Founder
Norberto Fleites, MD
DNF Medical Centers was born from one man’s passionate vision: to serve the Central Florida community with unsurpassed medical care, delivered with his signature caring style.
Dr. Norberto Fleites was born in Cuba and from an early age, had a calling to serve others. After completing medical school and training in family medicine, Dr. Fleites served the Cuban people until relocating to the United States in 1995. Once his residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in New York was complete, Dr. Fleites opened his Orlando, Florida practice in March 2003.
His commitment to the community’s health and happiness prompted a revolutionary vision reflected not only in a talented medical team that extended his reach to the surrounding communities but in the delivery of high quality medical and ancillary services from centrally located, stunningly attractive locations that feed the soul as well as the body.
DNF today is a well-respected healthcare institution serving the residents of Orange, Osceola, Lake and Seminole counties with state-of-the-art medical facilities and top-notch primary care, delivered in a warm compassionate environment where every patient is part of the DNF family.
Although Dr. Fleites lost his battle with COVID-19 in October 2020, his powerful legacy and undeniable love for the Orlando community live on in DNF Medical Centers.
